General FAQs

Can the clock face be back-to-back?
Yes,. If you plan to mount our clocks on a ceiling and place it in hallways, then it will really be best for your clock to show the time on both sides. Select your preferred model from our shop then choose "Back to Back" on the Display Side variation.
Can we make our clocks show 12H or 24H format, and also flash the local temperature?
Yes! You may click those specifications when you choose the products that you will add to quote from our online shop.
Are your clocks water-proof?
For models that are sized 7 inches and up, YES! Our large format clocks are suitable both for indoor and outdoor use.
Will the clocks continue to work during a power outage?
No, our clocks have to be constantly plugged to a working power source.

Nevertheless, you don't have to worry about re-configurations-- as soon as power is restored, our GPS clocks will automatically re-adjust itself to the correct Philippine Standard Time
Is this better than an NTP clock?
Definitely! Unlike NTP clock systems, our GPS technology do NOT need IP address configuration, nor passwords, complex programming and expensive network infrastructure.
How is this better than a master-slave clock system?
When you deploy a master-slave setup, you will need to spend on extensive wiring and manpower resources. Not to mention, you run the risk of lack of support when your provider and the software that they are using turns obsolete.

On the other hand, our GPS clocks are literally as easy as 1-2-3! Just (1) place the clock where ever you prefer to, (2) put its GPS antenna near a window, then (3) plug it to a power source! Just repeat the same process for all the other places where you prefer to install the clock. All our clocks are automatic and independent (no need to connect to each other or to a wifi network)

And, since we are the local manufacturer of these clocks, you will not have to worry about local support and warranty!
Since your clocks make use of GPS signals, do we need an NTC permit for this?
No, NTC antenna registration is only required for equipment that SEND or transmit signals.

In our case, we ONLY RECEIVE GPS signals. Hence, we are NOT required to secure NTC permits.

Customization FAQs

Can you produce both digital and analog GPS clocks?
Yes! Our standard clocks are digital ones with red LED numbers display, but we also make analog clocks, following your preferred clock face design and size. If you wish to get a quote for your specific needs, please go to:
Can we put our company's logo on the clock face?
Yes! We've already done the same for the Supreme Court, Manila City Hall, and many other schools and companies.
Can you also display customized messages on the LED board?
Yes, we are also capable of manufacturing GPS clocks with LED message boards ("SyncRight-M") where you may broadcast your announcements to your constituents. For more info on the SyncRight-M variant, go to
Can you also produce a variant that shows different timezones?
Yes. Just define the list of timezones that you want our clocks to show and we'll have them custom-made for you.
Can we change the color of the LED display?
Yes, absolutely! By default, the color of our LEDs are read, but we can make them white, yellow or green, depending on your preference and subject to customization costs.

Delivery, Fulfillment and After-sales

How soon can you deliver our GPS clock orders?
If you will be availing of our standard models, and your delivery address is within NCR we may send you your clocks within the same week.

However, if you will be asking for customizations, the timeline will differ based on complexity and quantity.

Do you also provide training and installation services?
Our clocks are really very easy to install- you just have to put the clock on your preferred spot, place the wired GPS module near a window and plug it to a power source, then that's it! However, if you will be needing an extra hand or a training session due to the scale of your installation, we may also extend our services to you for an additional fee. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our customers enjoy 1 year full LOCAL warranty.
